I'm Catherine, I have been cooking for as long as I remember. I am allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and quinoa. I wrote an allergy free cookbook for people that have allergies and for healthy eating in general. Cooking is a way to eat healthy, be creative, and spend time with family. Along with writing all of the recipes in my book, took all of the pictures in my book. In my recipe blog I have recipes that are dairy, egg, peanut, and tree nut free. My goal is to provide allergy friendly recipes to people with food allergies. In my free time I also like to sail, paint, and take pictures of nature.
